Simple templates

  Marey 16:31 27 Aug 2007

Hi - I'd like to find a really (visually) simple template on a WYSIWYG package that includes FTP(? - to upload my site ?). I'm a visual artist & all the templates I've found so far are really over-designed, featuring photos of people in snorkels or at breakfast meetings, with swooshy graphics etc. I bought my domain name from 123-reg, and initially paid for hosting & their site builder too but when I saw their templates asked for a refund. Anyone know of a hosting co that offers nice 'clean' templates with their site building package, or a free or cheap WYSIWYG package that may help? My ambitions do not lie in learning coding myself, but then it's important my site looks the way I need it... so I may have to.

Thanks, sure I can cope without a template but will have a look at Nvu & WebPlus 6 & see which suits better. Do you have a link for joomla too, djbenny?
Starting a new thread about hosting, if anyone can help with that!
