TD WIDTH="721" COLSPAN="2" BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF">

TD WIDTH="721" COLSPAN="1" BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF">

colspan is an attribute of the <td> tag. It tells the browser how many columns a cell should span. It is used with multi row tables.
