I am trying to create a signature for outlook 2000, however when I go to tools, Options, Mail Format, the signature drop down is greyed out and I cannot add a new one. What would cause it to do this and how do I change it so that I can add a signature?Any help would be appreciated?
Underneath do you have a Button called "Signatures".In Outlook XP you need to create a signature in the Signatures button before you select one from the list. Try this is 2000.
No that button is similarly greyed out?
On the Mail format page, is the button 'Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages' ticked. If it is untick it.
Thanks slowhand, resolved!Kind Regards
