Mailwasher is not free if you have more than one email address

I looked at Mailwasher but was put off when asked to reveal my OE/ISP password. I suppose Mailwash cannot bounce-back spam without it, but I felt uncomfortable.

Is Mailwasher free forever because the site that VOG has referred us to suggest that it is $20 to keep.
