Shut Down

Ive got a few computers running on coin operated meters for the screens. Its like a mini netcafe.
My problem is that customers are always shutting down the pc's after they have finished, so the next person puts in their coin and gets a blank screen.
How can i stop customers from shutting down the computers themselves. I have signs up asking them not to, but i guess its second nature to some people.

Why not put a notice on the machines which says:

"Customers MUST ensure that the PC is switched on before putting coins in the screen slot"
