Thanks, Looks good!

It is even secure!

Back to the old usuall though my port 8080 is OPEN.

But I have two firewalls, one Hardware and one on the system as software to prevent trojans.

I cannot understand it, no trojan, rules to block that port in both firewalls and it is STILL OPEN.

Odd.

Good to see that since my MS "critical" download all ports are stealth, even 8080. Thats a first.

click here is a great feature! Hope he brings this out.

It is an Advertisement/Tracking cookie and security zone.

Are you using McAfee or Norton? Both will hold port 8080 open. Some others may too for all I know.

This great site just got a lot better! :)

Norton VPN hardware firewall and Norton Personal Firewall on the client system.

Why do they need to hold these ports open, I do know there is a thing in Norton that acts as a proxy.

I suppose it is protected?

Now my IP is not changing?

You can e-mail me if you wish so I dont hijack this thread.

I use Proxomitron, which utilises port 8080 in the proxy server role - even so Shields Up, whilst declaring the port to be open, states that it is still in full stealth mode along with the other ports....
