I have desktop at present, am thinking of buying laptop which would have wireless link to existing modem. Would it be possible, to use my existing talktalk email address on both the existing desktop and the new laptop? Cannot find such advice on the talktalk website. Any advice much appreciated.

Yes, not a problem at all.

You can use/access your existing TT email address in any PC/system that connects to the Internet. G

You can access your existing TalkTalk address from any computer anywhere. But if you use an email client such as Outlook or Windows Live Mail then you would have to decide how you wanted to download your mail - and to which machine.

Yes, no prob.. but you need to decide which on is going to be your 'main' one, set the other one to 'leave mail on server' then both will get the mail, or set both to 'leave mail on server for 14 days' there are several options.

Thank-you for the prompt replies! But how do I access this email from anywhere? I have never adjusted any email settings, am a bit in the dark on this.

How do you access your email at present? Do you go to the TalkTalk webmail site? If so you can do that from any computer.

As I said above if you use Outlook Express or Windows Mail etc. to download the mail onto your PC then you will need to set up the same (or similar) program on the laptop
