setting up a Tiscali dial-up

My friend (using Win XP & OE) has a dial-up account with one ISP but wants to add, and eventually change to, a dial up with Tiscali.
I had a Tiscali disk so I set up the account for her, including password, etc, etc. My past experience of this process was that the disk not only went through that process but also set the computer to use the new account connection when it dials up, but in this case the Tiscali dial-up is set to use “any available” connection – so it’s still dialling the number for her first ISP.
Can someone please remind me how to fix this – and what is the Tiscali tel no for the connection?

PAYG dial up no is 0844 052 9009.

Set the Tiscali account as the Default connection.

thank you both.
Stuartli , it IS set as default - but as we didn't have the tel no that would explain why it didn't do that.

problem solved - thanks to Zaphod 3 for the tel no and stuartli's link to Tiscali.
