I contacted Wanadoo and they say you can't set up outlook express for an @fsmail.net e-mail address.

Well, I dion't understand this, when I saw 'Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools then Accounts, and select the Mail tab
You should find one account named pop.wanadoo.co.uk or pop.freeserve.com ' on the link I gave you, I thought it would be OK but never assume cos assume makes an ass out of u and me as the old saying goes

I believe @fsmail is specifically meant for web base collection only.It does not use POP or SMTP

You can collect the emails from Wanadoo's home page.

Here others have had the same problem click here

skidzy is 100% corect in saying @fsmail is webmail only and can't be accessed remotely by an email client.

I have been able to set it up so can send from my phone but cant receive due to the pop server not exsisting
