Setting up home network.

My main pc is connected to a broadband router through an ethernet cable. There is another 3 connectors on the router. I would like to know if it is possible to create a home network with another pc here that i have. If yes, how. And which is easier. Cable or wireless.

Well, that depends.

If your other PC is fairly close to the router you can just use an ethernet cable to connect it to one of the spare ports. Otherwise you might find it easier to do the job wirelessly. That will require you to have a wireless network adapter installed in the second PC, and of course it means that your router must be a wireless model - I assume that's the case?

Yes the router is wireless capable. Though would probaly prefer to have it wired. If i just attach the ethernet cable both to pc and router and then run network wizard, will it detect everything for me. Any good websites that would assist in setting it up. Its my first time.
