Set a home page for WLAN

Hi - I was wondering if someone can help me. My brother is just starting to do some expo's (at NEC etc) and has organised WIFI but wants either his web site or a custom web page to be displayed by default to user (customer) when they connect to his WIFI link - I think the web page will probably be called for as a user name and password will have to be entered. I have googled this but can't seem to find out how to do it - any one know? Is this a setting / propery on the router? If so , I think the hoster is unlikely to cater for it, but I can but ask!

May thanks in advance!

Effectively you would have to hijack the users PC and browser to achieve this , redirecting their browser to an un-chosen web page , your brother might be better off with a large screen showing his site .
