just recieved this message with a zipped attachment(no I havent opened it)------------------Mail server report.

Our firewall determined the e-mails containing worm copies are being sent from your computer.

Nowadays it happens from many computers, because this is a new virus type (Network Worms).

Using the new bug in the Windows, these viruses infect the computer unnoticeably.
After the penetrating into the computer the virus harvests all the e-mail addresses and sends the copies of itself to these e-mail

Please install updates for worm elimination and your computer restoring.

thanks jackcoms it was me who posted the other message couldnt see any way to delete a post and I wanted to make the point in the title that this was spam more as advice to people to avoid installing anything as it nearly caught me out (bear in mind it was first thing in the morning and I never normally recieve any spam in that particular account)
have posted the message as resolved now thanks again
