Try running your scanners in Safe Mode.

Maybe try this one you can run it without updating it.See if it will get rid of the problem so that you can update and run your other security programs.

click here

Malwarebytes[free] is one of the best programs for getting your computer clean.But it will not let you download it .You have to change its name first when downloading.I have not tried it before but I am sure someone can tell you the proper way of doing it.
Running your security programs in safe mode would be best.[just keep tapping F8 as the computer starts.]

well i've managed to get back into the start bar,

when i'm in safe mode still none of the antivirus's work, i'm now in the process of trying a bootable antivirus

Oh this just gets better, now i can't get online,

my cd rom won't work now either so i can't use a bootable disc.

I can't transfer anything over to my flash drive or ext drive

I can't install or even unistall programs

You say you have SAS Superantispyware installed

Go to

C:\Program Files\superantispyware' {double click the folder}

Rename "RUNSAS"

TO

rabbitsfoot.exe

Then double click on rabbitsfoot.exe

This with run Superantispyware do a scan and let it remove what it finds
