Anyone know of a piece of software to convert .Spp files to .jpg or any other 'normal' file?

Watching this post. Just tried an .spp file and tried to "save as" a .jgp and .bmp

Although they both showed up as saved neither would open in Paint Shop Pro. Got an error message "Not a valid xxx file".

I use photo plus and find that I can change the extension to jpeg by going to FILE/Export.You can also use Irfan View.

As Bruno says, if you want to save a Photoplus file as a jpeg (or anything other than the native spp format) you shouldn't "save" it, you should "export" it (File>Export).

Yep, Export is the way to go. Just tried it and works perfectly.

Many thanks for the Export as .jpg tip. It worked. Shows what happens if you don't get to know your software fully !!!!!
