Send/Receive in windows VISTA live mail

  BBW 22:51 25 Dec 2009

In Xp 'Windows Live Mail' the tool bar has a 'send/receive' command. On my laptop with VISTA this is missing. I would really like to have this command in VISTA.
XP uses; Ver 2008 [build 12.0.1606] Vista uses; Ver 2009 [build 14.0.8064.0206]
Does anyone have ideas.

There should be a 'Sync' option on the main toolbar at the top - if you select that, it will give you various options and this will send and receive mail.

Or, right click on the toolbar, choose customise, then add the send and receive button. (Or just press Ctrl+M to send and receive).
