sending spam

I got this error message from postmaster in my inbox. Should I be concerned?

The message you sent to was rejected because it would exceed the quota for the mailbox.

The subject of the message follows:

Subject: Dear someone's name that I'm not reproducing here in this

Some one has used your emial address as the return address for the spam they are sending out. It may quieten down after a while or you may need to junk that address and swap to a new one.

If it is a one-off, ignore it.

Did you send the email? If not, then unless many more turn up like this, you can safely ignore it.
