Sending e-mails from different accounts in Outlook

I have 4 e-mail accounts set up in Outlook.
This is because I represent 4 different companies.
After I have composed an e-mail but before sending I have to click on accounts and then the account name under which I wish to send the e-mail. If I forget to carry out this procedure it can mean that a recipient gets an e-mail from me but showing one of my different email names.
Is there any way around this,I have looked at all the option boxes in tools and cannot find anything to tick to maybe bring up a prompt before I sending e-amail's.

If using XP why not use a different user for each company?
