Send and Dial-Up

I wish to use Outlook Express, working Offline, and compose one or two messages.

When I've finished and click on Send (or Send and Receive) I'd like it to bring up the dialog box for me to dial-up.

How do I do this?

Mine always sends immediately on Broadband, but also did this previously on dial up. Try Outlook Express/Tools/Options/Send. Then put a tick into send messages immediately. When writing all your e-mails, do not click send after the first or it will dial up immediately. Write the e-mail then click FILE and send later, the e-mails all go into the outbox folder, and will be sent when you click onto SEND/RECIEVE.
