Security Tool - Malware?

A friend calls to say this Security Tool is covering her screen, together with another pop-up window. It is saying she has a number of infections and must buy this program to cure them.

From googling, it would seem to be malicious. As she has disconnected from the web to prevent the host connecting to her PC, is there a program I can download to a memory stick and take round?

Thanks, I've downloaded Malwarebytes and copied it to a stick. Another neighbour is with the patient at the moment.

Before using Malwarebytes you should download rkill.com to end any processes being run by Security Tool.

Scroll down to Automated Removal Instructions:

PS Notice also that Security Tool will attempt to disable Malwarebytes so read carefully

The 'other neighbour' is an IT specialist from University - he deals with this on students' laptops on a regular basis. He's taken it home with him.

Thanks for now.
