Security on IE

I use AOL normally which comes with its own browser but whenever I use IE, I get the security warning which I have to deal with before pages show properly. I have tried changing Internet Options but can't find any way of getting rid of the warning. It is on a computer which never connects to the outside world so I don't worry about security levels. Any help would be gratefully received.

I don't understand - if you are using IE to connect to the Internet then surely you are "connecting to the outside world"?

Do you use two PCs? One that's online and one that's offline. I assume that you transfer programs downloaded from the 'connected' PC to the 'unconnected PC'.
IE will always give security warnings (doesn't matter which version, connected or not,) as that is the browsers function.

Thanks both. I have written a bespoke programme which creates an html file which I then want to display of large plasma screens.
