Search Rabbit how do i get rid of it ?

after surfing the net when i am closing down all open windows i get a page called search rabbit left on my desktop and it relates to the sites i have been visiting, ie when doing internet banking a lot of credit card sites are listed,
is this program enbedded in internet explorer as i cant find it in the add remove programs window, i have done a search of all files and folders on my pc and get the following result,

getting a bit paranoid about it and would like to remove it
any advise would be appreaciated

It is Spyware!

One of a series of sites called "WebHelpers"

To remove it the only suggestion I can make is to run your own Spyware removal program and see where you go from there.

Ferret it out with adaware or spybot. :-))

For Starters:

spybot click here

adaware click here

a squared. click here

down load each, install, and run. If they don't auto update on first run, update then run again. Then move on to the next.

downloaded spysubtract trial from the magazine and everything seems ok.
