Scheduled Tasks - Microsoft Synch Toy

  halliborange 13:06 29 May 2006

Windows XP with SP2. I am trying to run synch toy as a scheduled task. I can do this but to make it work I have had to create a log on (windows XP) password which I have to type in at the log on screen. Is there a way of using scheduled tasks without a log on password? Both Norton Anti Virus and Windows Defender - which appear as scheduled tasks, appear to run without needing a password. I appreciate that typing a password at log on is'nt the biggest problem in the world - i'd just rather not do it!
