Schedule a task for when laptop comes out of sleep

I am new to task scheduler, and wanted to set up a task to run when my computer comes out of sleep.
I have set up a task that adds some registry files to turn on/off my proxy settings depending on my location, by detecting the wireless network available. However I cannot work out how to set the trigger for when my computer comes out of sleep, which is how I leave my computer most of the time.
I have tried the settings available "at logon" "at start up" "at workstation unlock".
At workstation unlock worked when i set the option to lock my computer when it goes into sleep, but when it unlocks, my computer tends to mess up, and loses various desktop settings, such as the desktop background and the screen resolution. I believe that I need to use the "on an event" trigger, but this is beyond my level of understanding.
If anyone can help, or point me to a somewhere which can I would really appreciate it, thanks.
