Scanning document

have scanned a doc which was not aligned
is there any way that I could align the document so that all lines are horizontal or as per normal

Try pasting it into Excel and use tables/cells to line them up.

Am I missing something important when I ask if you could scan the document again, a little more carefully.

use preview if your scanner has it and keep previewing untill its straight.

You presumably are saving this as "pictures" so that you can print more copies, and not at this stage for OCR.............
(If using OCR most programs will auto correct)

So why not use a picture editing progamme to rotate the pages one at a time by the exact amount, and save them.

You may find a "Lite" program on a freebie disk or even a time limited one....... In both cases you may not be able to save the file which rather spoils the fun............Even so it may be worth the search for this one purpose as well as give you an idea of what you want, when you decide to dip into your pocket.
