Saving Hotmail Emails

I have a Hotmail Email account and can only read old emails when online. Is there any way I can store old emails on my computer. Also is it possible to write emails when not online to be sent when I next go online. My computer is running Windows Vista Home Basic.

Use Windows Live Mail to manage all your e-mail accounts, including Hotmail and third-party accounts.

Just create a new email folder I call it "Save" and drag the emails you want to keep in it. I use this folder for hotmail and my ISP emails I want to keep. David
