How can I save old email messages so I can re access them at will any time later so that I don't get messages that my in box is full.

Thanks

Hi,

Create more folders and store your emails in them,

To add, delete, or switch folders

To add a folder, on the File menu, point to Folder, and then click New. In the Folder name text box, type the name, and then select the location for the new folder.
To delete a folder, click the folder in the Folders list. On the File menu, point to Folder, and click Delete.
To switch to another folder, click the folder in the Folders list.

Thanks mfletch

But is it correct that these extra new folders count in the total number of emails in the same way as those in the deleted files folder?

Hi,

The maximum file size of the .dbx files that are used by Outlook Express is 2 gigabytes (GB).

So that is 2GB per folder not altogether
