Hi, In that case you will need to download a CD Burning program. I know that there are some free ones that are good but I will have to leave it to someone else to point you in the right direction. cheers, Bill

Hi seanmick, Lets get your burner working today. I am going to a computer auction shortly so in the meantime open your internet browser and type into the search bar download.com click on CD burner and choose one from the list, I suggest the first one RECORD NOW MAX 4.5 it is free to try. It will get you going until a freeware one can be found. I find it strange that you had a CD/Rewriter fitted in your machine when you bought it and you dont have any burning software. Unless you are using Win XP which has its own software. Cheers, Bill
