is this safe to delete?

hi can anyone help please? i ran "remove it pro" and it found only one problem a virus in the SYS32.STKASVSL i tried to fix the problem but it says it cannot do it and it must be removed manually is it safe to delete this file?

Is part of the driver for an add on USB video capture dongle. The driver is installed via the video capture software packaged with the dongle.

It's offered on MajorGeeks and CNET which to me would say it's safe.

BUT so many AV systems show up false positives through poor scanning engines - that's why I always stick to the best known and trusted ones.

Eset for a paid product.

Avast, MSE for free products.

Malwarebytes and Superantispyware for general malware.

There are others, but one can't try and/or use everything!

What prompted you to try that one?
