Have what maybe a strange problem

Managed to install the above game no problem but when I try and run the game it won't run and comes up with a message to install the disc in the correct drive.

Is this to do with the copyright protection on the disc or not

Thanks for that I've tried all the normal things, its just the literature with the game mentions that it might not work with some dvd roms due to the copyright protection on the disc.

Was just wondering if this was the case before puchasing a new one.

It also mentions updating the firmware in the dvd rom but ive tried a search of the rom and its a neverheard of unforunatly

AFREE and one heard of it

Do you have two optical drives i.e. your DVD-ROM drive plus a rewriter?

Usually the ROM drive is a letter further on i.e E instead of D, so you may need to use your rewriter (not ideal) which Windows will have tagged D.
