Run-time error '11'

On running Dan Elwell's Broadband Speed Test the result fails with the notice run-time error '11' - Division by zero.

After a Google search I find that this is where in VBA a code N = 1/0 attempts to assign this value to N thus giving an error message as above.
I cannot, however, find how to correct this apart from all the ads for full system scans etc.

I have searched the past forum entries here and downloaded the latest Visual Basic run-time files as was suggested in one case but this has not cured the problem.

Can anyone give me instructions on how to make this correction?
