RTHDCPL.EXE – Illegal System DLL Relocation

On my second boot up for to-day I have received the following message what does it mean? My PC seems to be working OK.

The system DLL user.dll was relocated in memory.

The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\ Windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs.

The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

I also had the same error this morning, but spotted this thread as I was on the point of posting about it.

Thanks to those who were quicker off the mark than I was.
