Rosetta Stone issue 153 PC Advisor - revisited

PCA are offering to send a previous coverdisk of a program I don't want, as an apology for making a mistake in issue 153. I've added the following text to the previous forum, ("Rosetta Stone issue 153 PC Advisor", if it's still there) but since it's now closed, I'd better start a new thread:

NO. No, no,no

You're willing to send us a free disk that was already free from a previous issue? No thanks! I bought PCA for the full copy of Rosetta Stone, AS ADVERTISED.

While I acknowledge that this is most likely an oversight and that Richard does seems to be a nice enough guy, that doesn't solve the issue that the magazine didn't live up to it's obligation to supply goods as advertised. Yes, we all make mistakes, and when that happens there's usually a price to be paid. Sometimes a simple apology will suffice. In this case the price is a CDROM with the full version of Rosetta Stone, to those who want it. At the moment, that sems to be just me. Which makes it cheaper for PCA to resolve, doesn't it?

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
