A squared has detected the above and says it is high risk. It appears in the service pack folder\i386\atapi.sys - should I delete it or is it false?

Quarantine it - and let A-Squared recheck it next time you update.

If you find it is needed then you can reinstate it.

Just seen that it also appears in the system32 dll cache and also in the system32 drivers
