Anybody know how i can find the root directory on my boot disk ?

Double click 'My Computer' Then double click your C: drive icon, Hey Prestow, your in your 'root' directory. Basically it's the highest point you can go on any drive.

Can you give us a little more info, Hard disk, floppy disk or cd?

what windows and what exactly you mean by root.

root directory is (i think) drive C: but i may be wrong
