Right Click Start Menu

Is it possible to customise the menu you receive when you Right Click "Start" in Windows XP or Vista. A number of installed programmes have added shortcuts to the menu and I would like to either delete or reorganise the order in which they appear.
Right clicking "Start" and going into "Properties" seems only to give options to customise the Start menu when you Left Click "Start"

Thank you VoG but this only gives me the menu items that appear if I "Left click" the start button.

I want to edit the menu that appears when I "Right click" the start button

Most of the entries are the same as you'll see if you right click on a folder.
