On printing, occasionally, two or three words are cut off each line of text. This is frustrating to say the least. Has anyone a remedy other than re-typing it all to a Word file?My printer is An Epson Stylus C60 which otherwise works extremely well.
?Tell your printer it has narrower paper?
Before printing go into printing preferences and on the layout tab put a tick in Reduce/Enlarge box and make sure that fit to page is dotted, select your paper size and click ok ...alB
Paper size selected is A4 - the largest this printer will take. The printing preferences solution doesn't work I'm afraid - Reduce/Enlarge ticked and fit to page already selected and checked again as selected.
Click on File, then on Print Preview, if RH side is 'cut-off', choose Landscape orientation. The whole page will then be printed.
Try file>page setup and change the Margin size
Landscape orientation does work laterally BUT it then cuts off the lower half of the page (which is "Page 1 of 1) so I am no further forward.
What is the page from that you are trying to print? Also, have you tried reducing the size just prior to printing, by holding down Ctrl and moving your mouse wheel?
Where are you printing from? I gather from your question that it is not a Word file - is it maybe a webpage?
It is a web page. No problem with Word files.
Go to File>Print Preview, and click on Shrink to fit!
