resetting my acer aspire 5100 back to factory setting

Start menu, All Programs, Acer Empowering Technology. Click "Acer Empowering Technology" icon .

Click the Acer eRecovery Management icon that is now on your desktop.

Click Restore at the bottom of the Acer eRecovery Management window.

Select Restore system to factory default

The computer will restart and automatically begin the restoration process.

i get to that stage restore system to factory default then it asks for a password which i dont have
