I can receive email via my 'orange.net' email account but cannot send emails, error message keeps comming up.my o/s is M.S xp pro. any advise in rectifying this problem would be much appreciated. Thanks in anticipation...Regards.
Do you have the correct smtp server set - ie the one for orange.net ?
You'll need to amend your mail account details as Diodorus Siculus says. I don't have the orange.net smtp server address, but there's an excellent chance that it is: smtp.orange.netAlter your mail account accordingly and all should be well - you don't need to touch any of the other settings.
