Replacing Motherboard All Together

  jcf2003 20:57 29 Nov 2006

I want to upgrade my computer with new AM2 motherboard, but I am afraid that it will not boot into windows because I'll have to install new SATA2 Drivers from a floppy like when I install windows xp on the sata drive. Is this a possibility, or will it just boot no problems.

I just replaced my motherboard and chip a 754 motherboard.

The drivers are in the BIOS everything fired up no problem.

Just told XP to repair. It just got on with it all, a week later no problems.
