Is graphic card nvidia GeForce Fx5200 128MB 8XAGP
an equivalent replacement graphic card for nvidia GeForce 4 Mx 440 (used on Packard Bell 5095)?

A correct AGP slot is the deciding factor.
When I explored Google it came up with Novatech as a supplier.

If you telehone their pre-sales or technical lines you will be able to ask and receive sound advice on suitability.
Novatech phones won't be available until tomorrow morning.

The GeForce Fx5200 128MB 8XAGP is an entry level card which you can pick up for about £25 if you want a bit more than something that is going to turn on your monitor i would up the anti a bit, of course this will much depend on how much you can afford and if you think your PC is worth it...

The FX5200 comes out slightly ahead of the MX440, but not a lot. However don't feel you need to limit yourself to "equivalent" cards, any reasonable AGP card will fit your system so you could upgrade the performace a bit more.
