Renaming C:\Documents & Settings\USERNAME\etc.

In issue 87, under Windows XP Q&As, there's a question and reply concerning the renaming of the user folder in the C:\Documents & Settings\*UERNAME* folder. I'd like to do this, as, although I'm happy to accept cookies, etc. from websites, I'm less happy that they should contain my full name as identifying data. The answer in the magazine suggests adding a new user and transferring the user files files to this new user (via the Shared Documents folder)and then deleting the old user. Fair enough - but which files?
