REMOVING uninstallable files

I'm trying to remove files from a laptop running Win 98 that don't show up on the Add/Remove software list. Is there software that will locate them? And remove them. Particularly problematic is a Psion installation - I cant seem even o delete the shortcut from the desktop. Any suggestions?

Hi, try a Search via Start>Search, type in Psion or whatever it is called, then when found by Search, highlght and delete. Perhaps!

Have a look in Google for a version of TweakUI that runs with Win98. I think there is a power tool that will do what you want.

Reinstall Psion then uninstall using either it's own uninstall if there is one, or if not use add/remove programs
