Removing internet logs,is it safe to do so

Hello,I've just been looking in my internet logs folder in Windows,and found numerous files named xDB**.tmp.They go back to 2008 and are using up valuable memory.
Is it safe for me to delete them please?I'm on XP Pro SP2,many thanks in advance.

They're not using memory, they're using hard-drive space. It's safe to delete them. click here

brundle;Thank you for that,CCleaner won't reach them as far as I can tell,so can I just go ahead and dump them into the recycle bin and then get CCleaner to delete them from there?
