Remove Outlook from my pc

Vista Ultimate.

Yesterday I installed Office XP and forgot to disable Oulook on installation. Now outlook has become my default email program, even though I've deselected it within Outlook. Thunderbird is selected as default, but I have to open it "manually"

"Uninstall or change Program" does not give me the option to uninstall Outlook, Also I do not get an option to run setup again so as to disable it.

Any suggestions other than uninstalling Office and re-installing and disabling Outlook at the point of installation.

Probably loads of other question to come :)

Stick the Office CD back in, choose the option to Add/Remove components, untick Outlook and click OK. Takes about 20 seconds.

Maj. Already tried that. I get the message that "Another Setup is already running"

Vista is not allowing me to run setup again.

Finished up uninstalling Office and re-installing with Outlook deselected.
