removal of flash util helper and mn.ccc

I had to reinstall windows XP. This seems OK now. I am left with a folder mn.ccc and a file flashutil9c and a folder CRMlog (which is empty). I am unable to remove these items. The full address is c:\my old disk structure\windows\registration\CRMlog and c:\my old disk structure\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flashutil9 and c:\my old disk structure\windows\system32\macromed\flash\mn.ccc

I have tried delete, safe mode and delete, logging on as administator but still I cannot get rid of them!

Any one know how to erase these items?
