I use Remote Assistance and it is very intermittent. More often than not, I get an error message along the lines of A Remote Assistance connection could not be established...... If I close the error and try and log in again, I may well be allowed access. There seems no reason, why on one session remote access allows a connection and on another it doesn't. Nothing physically changes with the settings on my two machines. Any help much apprecaited. Sharon
