After reading about this on the forum a couple of days ago I downloaded it. After running it I now find that I know so little about registries that I daren't tell it to wipe anything off. Can anyone tell me how safe it is the wipe off the stuff as the program suggests. I trust CCleaner and do as it tells me.Can I do the same with this program??

Also regscrubxp has a restore tab, which can safely restore if required.

But,I have used this before with no trouble.

However, the last two trys found 9 or 10 problems so I selected all,fix problems, and nothing happened other than process started but would not finish.Left it for 10 minutes, still no go.
Exit was not working nor the red x,Task Manager showed it running, clicked end, would not end!But was gone from Task Manager, nothing else running.
With processor showing 100% I had to shut down and reboot to clear.
Anyone had this?

Thanks for your support on this. I finally plucked up the courage to take your advice and use the Prog. to clean up my machine. Very good it is to. So much so the I even put it on my wifes laptap and did a clean up. Now that takes real courage. Once again many thanks.
