Registry Mechanic 7.0 problem

I regularly run my Registry Mechanic, but one item in Custom Controls item it regularly identifies as a high priority problem, refuses to be repaired.

Can anyone help or identify the problem.

It shows as:

Highlighted problem is missing or invalid

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{1171A62F-05D2-11D1-83FC-00A0C9089C5A}\InprocServer32

Is it very important, as I am mystified why it refuses to budge.

Any help gratefully received
