Please turn your Caps Lock off and stop shouting at us.

If you haven't previously backed up your e-mails or saved copies on your ISP's mail server, they're gone for good.

  bremner 15:30 20 Mar 2009

If the Nero has backed up all of your Documents and Settings folder then you need to search the back up for the Outlook Express files. They have the file extension .dbx and are in the path:

Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\[long GUID}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

  lotvic 16:51 20 Mar 2009

You will need to enable 'Show hidden files and folders' to be able to see the *.dbx folders

Open the My Computer icon.
Select the Tools menu and click on Folder Options.
New window appears select the View tab.
Put a checkmark in the box labeled Display the contents of system folders.
Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
Press the Apply button and then the OK button

  tullie 20:32 20 Mar 2009

If you promise to turn your caps lock off,i will tell you of one.

  lotvic 19:33 21 Mar 2009

You need to do what tullie says and turn your caps lock off, we do not like being shouted at.

  xpuser1 19:47 21 Mar 2009

SHOUTED AT ARE YOU REAL?

ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A HELP ROOM

  Clapton is God 19:57 21 Mar 2009

It is a Helproom and you've been provided with help.

But you still haven't bothered to tell us if that help has been useful or not.

Yet you still insist on shouting at everyone.

Are you being deliberately awkward or just plain stupid?

  xpuser1 20:13 21 Mar 2009

CLAPTRAP, SHUT UP, YOUR THE STUPID ONE

I WAS AFTER A BIT OF HELP, END OF!

Are you being deliberately awkward

NO YOU ARE ASKING TO SAY STOP USING CAPS ITS ONLY A BIG LETTER!!!

  Jollyjohn 20:18 21 Mar 2009

Please be aware of forum etiquette before posting, the use of CAPITALS is generally regarded as shouting and despite a polite request in the first reply you have failed to respond.
To then abuse people who have tried to help you is very bad manners indeed.
