Having bought a Thomson DVD player to play jpeg albums made on the PC I find that it will only run files of less than 2 meg pixels. As most of my shots are above this I would like to reduce the "pixel count". Any idesa? Thanks. Dave.

IrfanView is a free graphics editor that can perform a batch processing of all of your photos in one go, if you want it to.

Irfanview can also be found on quite a few cover disks - it's excellent.

There's also ACDSee, which some believe to be even better.
